Terms of Service
Terms of Service for Online Quran , Arabic and Islamic Studies Classes
Please read these Terms thoughtfully, and let us know if you have any questions. By starting Online Classes with our academy, you agree to adhere to these Terms.
Registration and Payment
- When the Trial class/classes have been completed successfully, and you decide to get registered for Regular Quran and Arabic classes, then you will have to pay the monthly fee priory to just after the trial class.
- Monthly Payment is to be payable in the 1st week of each month from the date you get registered with us.
- QuranEclass reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 10 days without any prior notice
Absentees and Leave during Regular classes
- Whenever you need to take leave, you should inform us through our official WhatsApp at least an hour before class time.
- If you will not inform us and remain absent during the classes without any prior notice, your classes will be marked as absent and there will be no makeup classes instead (only in case of emergency).

- If any student missed the classes, he can take make-up (Rescheduled classes) against missed classes, if he has already sent a prior notice to us via admin or teacher.
- QuranEclass holds the right to cancel the classes if any student remains absent during regular classes for more than 15 days without any advance intimation.
- Eid Holidays are only paid leaves for teaching staff during the whole year, on that account, there will be no make-up classes entertained neither fee for these holidays can be given back.
Security
- QuranEclass takes care of the safety of our students. You are also requested to don't share your personal contact information like Phone and Mobile number, Social Media account, Email address, credit card details, or any other related information with any of the teaching staff. QuranEclasss will not Accountable in case of any misuse
- On the other end, teachers also not allowed to ask for or share their personal contact numbers, email address, or Social Media accounts with students or parents, if anybody does so, kindly inform us immediately.
- We may revise these Terms of Services & all Conditions in accordance with the time to make sure the best ever education and services to all our students and their parents/guardian.
